Hello! I’m Richard, a filmmaker and photographer based in Vancouver, Canada.

I believe in more than just capturing beautiful visuals. My mission is to tell stories that resonate deeply with people. I approach each project with empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to creating something that feels authentic and lasting.

In the last two years, I’ve filmed over 150 interviews, which has deepened my passion for human-centred storytelling. Every project is an opportunity to craft something soulful and timeless that leaves a lasting impact.

My background in marketing, combined with a business degree from UBC, gives me a unique perspective. This experience helps me craft narratives that not only speak to the heart but also align with strategic goals, creating a harmonious balance between emotional storytelling and brand objectives.

From start to finish, I’m here to guide you through the process, ensuring that your story is told with care, clarity, and impact.

As a Sony FX6 owner-operator, I bring high production value to every project, whether I’m working solo or with a team.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me traveling, hunting for great cafés, or putting together the perfect playlist. I also play hockey and tennis and love kicking back with a movie and some popcorn.
